The Mission House is a Christian community in the heart of Amsterdam, situated next to world known Hermitage museum, volunteers from Europe live together, work in social projects and share their beliefs during a year full of adventure, experiences and fun. Besides the house we do full time volunteer work in different projects in the city. From kids clubs, churches, homeless shelters to hospices we have a wide variety of projects. To read more about them visit the Projects section of our webpage.
Read our newest article or our older ones; we try to write one every week. We also have a huge archive of different articles; they are all written by the volunteers who live in the house. Read our blog and find out what life in the Mission House is like.

In this years Mission House seven volunteers out of six countries live together with a Dutch house leader. They form the Mission House Community. Iain is the project leader of the House and stays in close contact with the community.
